My daughter has wanted to do Karate since she was 5. We waited to sign her up, and I'm so glad we did. The instructors at Edmonton Kyokushin Karate Club are knowledgeable and do a wonderful job teaching the members of this club how to practice Karate.The Google reviews don't lie, this is a fantastic business.

Edmonton Kyokushin Karate Club
I enrolled my son since August 2022, we thought we will just try it, after a couple months my son told me he would like to continue, usually i force him to do some sports, this is the first time i never have to force him, he likes karate and the staffs are amazing and strict with karate in a good way. Sensei Irek is great with communication and answered all my questions. Its a positive environment, your kids will learn self-discipline and hard work, good exercise for kids to stay active and strong.

I have 2 kids who train here and I myself have just begun training, its a great atmosphere with great instructors! I would recomend to anyone who wants to get in shape and learn the art of kyokushin karate. OSU!

My wife and I enrolled our son a few months back, and it has been an extremely positive experience. Sensai Irek and his team of instructors keep the kids engaged and do not tolerate any slacking off, I love that about this school, teaching discipline and respect.

Enrolled my son, and 9 months later, I enrolled myself. Excellent for young children and adults.Instructors are great, classes are numerous, and the Zen Planner app make it really easy to work around your schedule.Very affordable as well.

Edmonton Kyokushin is a great place to train. It brings me back to my teenage years, when I used to train a different style from 13-19. And that's a good thing!Sensei Irek and Senpai Phil do a wonderful job teaching the classes, and you're always in for a surprise and pushed to your limit (and beyond). All of the other students are also great people, and the atmosphere is welcoming and encouraging for newcomers.If you're looking for a serious place to train for yourself or kids, and get in shape, why don't you try out the club at least for the trial class? You'll probably love it ☺️

Look no further! This is a great atmosphere for learning Kyukushin style Karate and my son loves it although he is not used to it and he feels that it is hard. I like it because it is pushing his limits and expanding his horizons in not only Karate, but discipline, and physical activity along with some great conditioning. A great alternative to team sports for those looking to try something different!

This a must-join Karate class. Sensei are friendly and they really know Karate. Besides exercise, kids and even adults can strengthen minds and encourage Self-Discipline. Also, Kyokushin Karate is the one which can really do self-defence. Highly recommend!!!!!

Edmonton Kyokushin Karate Club
As a karate-ka from a different style, this was a great experience. This club is focused, intense, and strict. Yet it is also fun, welcoming, and intent on the development of its students. I received much-needed insight into my most basic techniques that I can apply as I continue to study. I will be paying a visit to Sensei Irek again in the future.
